    Thats 1 thing, furthermore the main issue here was the time it was transfer to PICC by the new Chairwoman.

    Siguro mas maganda kung may mga proof talaga si Manoling sa mga allegations niya before sya mang bintang ng kung ano2x.. Muka kase he's just doing this kasi may grudge siya sa mga taong involve sa scandal na to. Ang dami masyado sinasabi..
